1.  A reminder of your core values and the principles of your team and of your clinic. 
2.  Identify your clinic’s biggest needs at that time of the meeting. 
3.  Share numbers and data with practitioners and staff. 
4.  Add a personal element by mixing in a bit of personal and professional lingo.
5.  Make sure that everyone is leaving the meeting with a clear and cohesive plan to move forward.
